Adiós Muy Buenas 2010 – What’s New 2011

We were looking for something a little bit different to see out the year and start the new one off well, so we’ve settled on two sites that look good. In the words of the “immoral” poet – Jim Morrison, that is - “One for Tomorrow, One just for Today”.
One just for Today is a selection of Free Beer Applications for your iPhone, from the ever-helpful MakeUseOf site. Before you ask, it’s the applications that are free, not the beer, in most cases anyway.
The emphasis on all the apps here is being social, which makes sense really. Share your favourite beers and drinking houses on Twitter, match a beer to a meal and even use Foursquare to check in with friends near you for “a quick one”.
and for the morning after …
Goal Buddy combines the making of New Year’s Resolutions with social media to give you a place where you can map out your goals for the year, find like-minded people and help each other.
Registration and use of the site is free (as in, ahem, beer) and whatever your resolution for 2011, you’re bound to find someone to share it with.
So be bold, be realistic and above all, be happy in 2011!
P.S. – We’d just like to say a big THANK YOU to all our visitors throughout 2010. We hope you have enjoyed the posts and we look forward to having you back again next year!
Strange Random New Year’s Resolution Quote:
An optimist stays up until midnight to see the New Year in. A pessimist stays up to make sure the old year leaves. – Bill Vaughan
