What should weather presenters wear? | Television & radio | The Guardian
Weather presenters should not wear jeans. That’s according to the more sartorially exacting viewers of the BBC’s Country Tracks show who complained about weatherman Tomasz Schafernaker opting for a pair of them, plus a v-neck jumper, during a recent forecast. Schafernaker has rogue form – he previously gave the finger to a colleague, not realising he was on air, but the complaints prompt the question of how we want our weather presenters to dress.
